March 12, 2026 — The Pokémon Company International announced today that a new expansion for the bestselling Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG), Mega Evolution—Chaos Rising, will be available at participating retailers around the world beginning May 22, 2026.
 
In Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution—Chaos Rising, Trainers will discover Mega Floette ex wreaking havoc as night falls in Lumiose City. Players can leverage Mega Greninja ex and other powerful Pokémon, including Mega Pyroar ex and Mega Dragalge ex, to ward off this dangerous threat.
 
In addition, Trainers can look forward to discovering more Mega Evolution Pokémon ex, appearing as ultra rare cards that feature silhouettes of their original forms in the artwork.
 
Noteworthy cards from this expansion include:

FINALLY this one checks all the marks I've been looking for. Its weighty too since its made of stainless. Large refil container, easy to remove just a twist. Grind selector is a twist at th e base with a clear arrow showing size. Large press button at top so you can hold it in any rotation in your hand and not have to look for the button/switch to turn it on. No cover that needs to be flipped open and then closed to put back into the base. Contacts for charge are on the back side and not at the bottom where salt can corrode the contacts. The list can go on but you get the idea. Just buy this one and be done with it!
